Meet the experienced minds behind Teiken Gramer & Co.—a team driven by trust, curiosity, and a commitment to real results.

Brent Teiken

Brent Teiken, known for co-founding Sundog Interactive and leading its successful acquisition by Perficient, Inc., a global technology consulting firm, brings deep consulting and enterprise growth experience. Teiken also led Perficient’s global Salesforce practice and its largest vertical, Healthcare and Life Sciences, where he drove double-digit revenue and bookings growth. Teiken also served as Chairman of the Sanford Health Board of Trustees from 2020-2022, an integrated healthcare system now considered the nation’s largest, rural, not-for-profit health care system.

Brian Gramer

Brian Gramer

Brian Gramer, a three-time founder and multiple-time executive leader, built and exited companies such as Anycollege.com and Vtrenz (eventually sold to IBM via Silverpop). He has helped raise over $50 million in growth financing and guided six businesses through successful M&A activity. In addition, Gramer helped a local financial institution with business development efforts to grow from just over $300 million in assets to over $1.3 Billion in assets over a 9-year period.

Sarah Vogel

Sarah is a Senior Marketing Consultant with 20+ years of experience in marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Marketo and Pardot. She started her career at Vtrenz, contributing to the development and success of the company’s automation solution. Sarah’s expertise spans marketing strategy/management, automation, and client services, focusing on helping clients maximize their marketing technology investments. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fitness, attending her children’s sports events, and spending time outdoors with her husband, three kids, two dogs, and two cats in Linton, North Dakota.

Renae Henderson

Renae is a seasoned marketing professional and copywriter who bridges the gap between complex strategy and high-impact execution. With over 20 years of experience building brands and driving growth for market leaders like General Motors, Kellogg’s, and Kaiser Permanente, she brings a sophisticated B2B and B2C perspective to her role as a fractional marketing director for organizations requiring senior-level leadership without the overhead.

Jon Hoverson

Jon brings 20+ years of data strategy and solution design across the global F1000, with a specialty in data platform strategy, design, and execution.  His experience is end-to-end, from strategy to execution, delivering data platforms that enable insights-to-action across all functions of a business.  He’s known by customers and colleagues as the master of the why, what, and how, and delivering true value to the business.  His experience spans all data platform paradigm’s, from simple reporting models, to DW (data warehouse) and BI (business intelligence) solutions, to Big Data and advanced analytics, to today’s big ticket… AI (artificial intelligence). No matter if you are a small, medium, or large business, Jon has the experience to help your company turn data into a very real, valuable asset, whether the impact is accurate reporting, actionable insights, automating processes, or integration of AI.
